Savills, on behalf of a private client, has sold Trawsfynydd Holiday Village in Snowdonia National Park to Pure Leisure Group from a guide price of £3.4 million.
Set in 60 acres (24.23 hectares) of countryside, the park has planning permission for a total of 347 log cabins, with 306 currently in place. A mixture of leasehold, freehold and company owned letting units the sale also includes a holiday cottage and a bunkhouse. Trawsfynydd Holiday Village is located close to attractions including Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and the picturesque scenery of Snowdonia National Park, making it the ideal base for visitors.
